I *almost* got to see my President in the flesh when he was in *my home town* this summer. But I left getting tickets to friends who failed me. Sigh.
I got an early morning tour of the White House when Mr Reagan was there…was so excited I hardly remember what I saw…but was convinced I peeked him brushing his teeth as I exited…really was overwhelmed that day!
